A Click & Collect landmark

LANDMARK Arabia, one of the leading retail and hospitality conglomerates in the Middle East, has launched Click & Collect in Saudi Arabia. This useful new Omni-Channel feature is available to customers on,,,,, and, as well as on their iPhone and Android apps.

This customer-focused initiative represents the latest step in Landmark Arabia’s journey towards providing a complete, simple and convenient Omni-Channel experience for its millions of customers in the Kingdom.

“We're thrilled to announce the launch of Click & Collect for our millions of customers in Saudi Arabia!” said Savitar Jagtiani, chief digital officer, Landmark Group. “Click & Collect is already very popular in the UAE where, after only 6 months, it drives over 30% of total orders for some of our key brands. Our goal is to make shopping simpler, faster and more delightful for our customers, regardless of whether they choose to shop from our stores, sites or apps.”

Click & Collect allows customers to shop and pay for their orders online and then collect their products in-store. The group has leveraged its vast store network in Saudi Arabia to ensure that customers can collect their orders from over 275 stores across the country. Orders will be ready for collection in 1-4 business days, depending on the location of the store, and can be held in-store for the customer up to 14 days.

Click & Collect is already a popular feature in more evolved retail markets. According to IRUK Top 500, 58% of the UK’s top 500 retailers now offer Click & Collect, while Planet Retail states that over 75% of the country’s online shoppers are expected to use the feature by the end of 2017. Many top traditional retailers in the US have also adopted Click & Collect. Gartner reported that by 2015, the service was offered by 45% of large firms with an annual revenue greater than $3 billion.

Benefits for customers include zero shipping charges, the flexibility of collecting their products from a convenient location of their choosing and the freedom of paying by Credit Card, Debit Card or SADAD. For customers to pick up their orders, they simply need to head to the Collection Point in their chosen store and show their government-issued photo ID. As a bonus, upon collection, customers get a discount on their next in-store purchase. All they need to do is show their Click & Collect order number to store staff and shop away.

Landmark Arabia launched E-commerce sites and apps in Saudi Arabia in July 2017 with the aim of offering its customers a simple, useful, friendly and fast shopping experience.
